In this video, William Cooper, a former military intelligence officer, renowned lecturer, and writer, discusses his book Behold a Pale Horse in Georgia, 1991. This book is a collective of his work involving research into secret government and occult theories like Ufos and the Illuminati or One World Government. In 2001 Cooper was killed in a suspicious police shootout in his Arizona home.
