Ian Xel Lungold was a teacher and lecturer of the Ancient Mayan Calendar and the cultural perceptions of time and society that surrounded it. Lungold has journeyed in the studies of consciousness and it's evolving patterns of creation, and believes simply that, "Consciousness is the awareness of being aware...Whenever you notice yourself noticing something, you are experiencing your own consciousness". Ian also lectures on our 'Peace of Mind', which he believes comes when a person is 'centered', and centered-ness comes from certainty. "Certainty comes from the recognition of patterns. So the stability of your 'Peace of Mind' is directly related to your degree of certainty."

In his array of presentations, Ian exhibits his theory of the evolution of consciousness in accordance with the Mayan Calendar and explains that, "the Mayan Calendar was never about time. It was always about measuring and keeping track of the flow of creation and the intent of creation and the aspect of creation every single day. Remember there is one law in the universe: What you pay attention to you become conscious of. What if every day you were paying attention to the energy of this flow of creation? What would you become conscious of?"

Ian Xel Lungold recently left us on November 16, 2005, though his strongest messages continue to resonate, "... and this is all leading to our full ability to consciously co-create our experiences."
